Many of you will say Laura is so beautiful, and she is. But what most of you might not know is that she's just as wonderful from the inside, if not even more beautiful. I'm sure some of you have already seen that in her photos - as for the others, I hope you will be able to let her show you, too. And I hope some of you will even grasp her inner beauty in real life at some point, just as I did.

I'm not sure I have ever seen a more expressive pair of eyes, not just the eye as a whole, but how much depth and expression are in those little blue windows to the soul. So many times I see eyes that just look blank in a way, their just eyes looking at you, nothing out of the ordinary. But her eyes… Are something else entirely, they seem almost to contain a whole universe of thought and emotion in those blue-grey depths. So many things in those eyes, there seems to be no veil between them and the world, the person looking at them. It's strange, it seems almost as though I feel I could know who this woman is as a person just buy that one photograph of her eyes, even though I'm very likely wrong, I find it amazing that it still feels as though it could be like that.. I think it amazing to convey such an impression with just one simple portrait. Those eyes… Warm and caring, bright and rather piercing, but ever so soft. A little sad and wistful as well though I think, but such is life I suppose… Yet, they still seem to have a slight glint of a smile in them, even though the lips are lacking. It’s really quite extraordinary, every emotion seems to be there at the same time, swirling all around you like a torrent of rain, but like standing in the eye of the storm, its so quiet and still. I think even the setting really strengthens the impact of the image, a greyish day, but green with red blooms hiding in the background. One can get the impression of an enchanting scent on the air, as though her beauty is magnified by everything around her. This is truly a wonderful portrait, I don’t think I could find fault with it if I looked for days. But then it would be an impossible thing to do as those sublime eyes would draw you in, no matter how many times you look into them. Captivating beyond words. Bravo!

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it, it was honestly a pleasure to write, everything just flowed naturally when I saw the photo. :)
