upside down and inside out
always unintentional

today was not as good as it could have been. I had to get up early because of an appointment at the orthodontist's. when I came back home I lay in the sun for two hours which was really nice. (: and then my mood changed from good to bad and back again within a few minutes. I sat in front of the computer although I didn't want to, but I had no idea what I actually wanted to do. so I watched tv and then fell asleep and when I woke up again I felt better. but still not too good.
